My name is Rosemarie and I'm a negotiations expert known for my approachable and practical coaching style. I have guided over 150 clients and students through 400+ real-world and simulated negotiations. Early in my career, I doubled my salary within 5 years. Now, I help others do the same.

I teach negotiation in a practical, non-judgmental way that feels authentic and achievable. Together, we will approach your next job offer, promotion, salary increase, or budget request with clarity and strategy.
